HAS ANYONE EVER USED THEM TO PURCHASE TICKETS, THEY SEEM TO BE A LOT CHEAPER THAN BUYING THEM DIRCT FOR SHOW?

I've been living in Branson for years and I've never heard of them. I just tried to visit that website and it says it's unavailable. Who knows how good they are. New ticket agents are always popping up every year here but only the good ones survive.
