My husband and I and another couple just got back from Branson. We had a wonderful time looking at all of the Christmas lights and seeing the sights. We stayed at The Whisper Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. Squeaky clean and super friendly staff.

Our rooms had an adjoining door between them which made for an all night card party - we girls whooped the boys at pitch 3 times in a row, they finally gave up.

The evening ice cream and cobbler was great. Breakfast was good too. We went to the Dixie Stampede and I believe their Christmas show was the best one yet!!! In fact, we are probably go back next year. The one draw back was we sat in the front row and they were bench style seating instead of chair. You could see really good, but for a really tall person, not the way to go. We also had an "Old Time" photo taken at Prof. Quinton's. It is located next to the Shanghi Theatre in a little craft mall. He took 2 different poses and let you pick out which one you wanted before he printed and if you didn't like either one, he retakes your photo (unlike some). He also uses good quality photo paper (Kodak) and the photo has some sort of an overlay on it so it will never fade, etc. Our friends had never ridden the Ducks, so we went on those too. Fun as always and we didn't even get wet. Oh ya, thanks so much to everyone that recommended Dana's BBQ. Wonderful place to eat and we will definately be going there every time we are in town!
