We are planning a trip sept. 12 to 16. want a wonderful lake view from a balcony for sipping coffee in the morn and a beer at night. I think I have been on every web sight possible. Eagles View Resort on Indian Point has pictures that show a great view. Anybody been there or know of any place with a lake view, kitchen and fishing.

Sounds like you're on the right track hon. A lot of those resorts down Indian Point have the best for the price. If you have the bucks, the Chateau has a gorgeous view of the entire lake but those lakeside resorts are probably more reasonable and more personable. Fall Creek Resort has several nightly condo rentals right along Taneycomo that are also nice.
