Appropriate dress for shows?

My husband & I are going to Branson in a few weeks, end of August. Is it ok to wear shorts & T-shirts to shows? We are going to Dixie Stampede, Chinese Acrobats & Spirit of the Dance. It's going to be hot & we really don't want to have to wear jeans or pants. Thanks!

Shorts and tshirts are fine. I've not been anywhere in Branson that had a dress code. Some of the theatres can be a bit cool so if you get cold easily you may want to take a jacket--however, I don't remember any of the theatres being that cold when we've been to Branson when it was extremely hot. Enjoy your trip and please post when you return.

Thanks for the info. We have not been to Branson in 15 years, so I'm sure we are in for some surprises!
