Motel Help

Any suggestions for a good motel on Labor Day weekend?

Our favorite place to stay is Green Gables Inn....very nice and clean.

I've stayed at various places.

Southern Oaks Inn
Twelve Oaks Inn
LaQuinta Inn
Settle Inn

As long as the bed is clean and the room is clean, I'm happy!

For any holiday weekend, my advice is to reserve early! Labor Day Weekend marks the final weekend of Darren's Romeo's 2007 schedule at the Welk Resort Theatre. You can package your room, show tickets and even meals for a special package price if you reserve in advance. You can call 800-734-5515 for details.

The Welk Resort is 3 miles south of Highway 76 on Highway 165 -- pretty close to Table Rock Lake and so very convenient if you're planning any lake activities that weekend!

Sorry, no Ramada Inn for me. Not with the experience I had there.

Yes I did!! I told the front desk and I also called again two weeks later when the same thing happened to my daughter and her friend. That's kind of weird two weekends in a row! I won't be going back! Mad
